Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement: - All content on this website (text, images, design) is owned by Shaw Design Labs. - Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. - We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of completed work in our portfolio. - Open-source tools and libraries used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.

When engaging our services, clients agree to: - Provide accurate and complete project requirements. - Respond to communications in a timely manner. - Provide necessary access, content, and approvals as needed. - Make payments according to the agreed schedule. Delays in client obligations may affect project timelines.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally: - A deposit is required before work begins. - Progress payments may be required at project milestones. - Final payment is due upon project completion. - Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.

Shaw Design Labs provides services on an "as is" basis. We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee that all software will be error-free. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination: - Client pays for all work completed to date. - Shaw Design Labs delivers all completed work product. - Confidential information is handled according to any applicable NDA.

We treat all client information as confidential unless otherwise agreed. We will not share your business information, proprietary data, or project details with third parties without your explicit consent.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
