Why AI Concierge?

I spent eighteen years in the RV and outdoor industry. Sales, management, and eventually running marketing and analytics. It was a great run and I learned a ton. But I always had this pull toward tech, toward wanting to build things myself, and I finally decided it was time to go chase that.

Then I started using AI and something clicked. I realized I could actually build the stuff I'd been thinking about for years. First it was an RV financing app, honestly just to see if I could do it. Then a golf app. Then a few more apps after that. Then workflow automations. AI didn't give me the ideas. It gave me the ability to actually build them.

That instinct wasn't new though. In sales, the job was never just closing the deal. It was making sure someone left with the right unit for their life, not just any unit. Leading a team felt the same way. Pointing people toward their best next move instead of just telling them what to do. AI Concierge is that same instinct, just aimed at a new problem. I'm not here to sell you AI. I'm here to make sure you end up with the right fit, whatever that actually looks like.

I'd honestly rather teach you to fish than have you depend on me for everything. Go ask Google first, then come find me. I still think about the time I walked a friend through a Google Sheets fix and watched him realize he could've figured it out himself in five minutes. That feeling is the whole product, more than any tool ever could be.
